    Service hours:
    Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

    The service hour is from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 4:30PM, and on Saturday, 9:00AM to 12:00Noon (except public holidays).

    Remarks:

    (1) Maximum loan-to-value ratio ("LTV") of the plan is generally 80% of the purchase price / valuation of the property (whichever is lower). Applicants who fulfilled the following criteria may still be eligible for mortgage loans with maximum 90% LTV: (i) all mortgagors not holding any residential properties in Hong Kong at the time of application; and (ii) all applicants being regular salaried persons. The loan amount is subject to the final approval of Hang Seng Bank Limited.
