Enter your username in Personal e-Banking log on page and choose "Continue" > "Forgot your password” (click “Switch log on mode to password” first if you have activated Mobile Security Key or physical Security Device)
If you have already registered your mobile number (applicable to new log on experience) and set up security questions with us, or you have your bank account and ATM PIN, you can follow the instruction to reset your password online immediately. Otherwise, you will have to call our Customer Service Hotline or go to any of our branches to activate the new password after setting it up
