Checking your loan application status

Thank you for applying Hang Seng Personal Loan. You can check your application status and accept your loan offer via Personal e-Banking (only applicable for Handy Cash Personal Instalment Loan and Tax Comforter).

Summary of all loans applied Go to "Loans and Overdraft Overview" > "Loan Application Status" You can find all the loans that you have applied and the current status of the applications on that page.

Review your loan details Click on "Accept Loan" to view the preliminary approved offer. If you have already accepted the preliminary offer, click on "View details" to review more details about your offer.

Step 3 / 3

Accept your loan offer After reviewing the details of your offer, click on "Accept" to confirm that you agree to the loan terms of the offer. Upon accepting the offer, the amount will be deposited to your loan account on or before the next working day. Hang Seng reserves the right of final approval.
