    Register for Personal e-Banking with Hang Seng Mobile App

    You can manage your cards and enjoy all-round services with Personal e-Banking account, including temporarily block and unblock‍ your card whenever you need to prevent unauthorised use.

    If you aren't our Personal e-Banking customer yet, you can use your credit card ATM PIN (which will be sent to you 4 working days after card activation) to register with Hang Seng Mobile App. If you hold a Hang Seng bank account, you can use your bank account number and ATM / Phone Banking PIN to register now:

    1. You can reduce the credit limit by calling the Customer Service Hotline printed at the back of your credit card anytime (including before card activation) or by logging on to Hang Seng Mobile App after card activation.
    2. You can apply for credit limit increase via Personal e-Banking, Hang Seng Mobile App or calling the Customer Service Hotline printed at the back of your credit card if needed.
