    For Hang Seng Platinum Card, the Principal Card applicant(s) must reside in Hong Kong and be at least 18 years of age with a minimum annual income of HKD150,000 (except full-time university / tertiary students). Supplementary Card applicant(s) must be Hong Kong residents and be at least 16 years of age. If the Supplementary Card applicant(s) is / are aged below 18, the Principal Card applicant(s) must be his / her parent or guardian.

    You will need to prepare the required documents, including a Hong Kong ID / Passport copy(with your signature on a blank area of the photocopy), proof of Residential Address and Income, e.g. a bank statement showing the Principal Card applicant's latest monthly income, etc. For details, please visit Documents Required for Credit Card / Spending Card Application.

    1. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") reserves the final decision on the approval of credit card, card type and credit limit.
    2. Applicant is required to fulfil the relevant terms and conditions to get the welcome gift (where applicable). Please refer to the relevant webpage of the card applied for details.
    3. If you are a full-time university / tertiary student, attending certificate level or above course offered by following accredited education institutions and their subsidiaries, including: accredited universities in Hong Kong, Chu Hai College of Higher Education, Vocational Training Council, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Hong Kong Academic of Performing Arts, Caritas Institute of Higher Education, Caritas Bianchi College of Careers, Hong Kong Institute of Technology, Hong Kong College of Technology/ HKCT Institute of Higher Education, Hong Kong Adventist College, Centennial College, Tung Wah College, UOW College Hong Kong, Hong Kong Nang Yan College of Higher Education, Caritas Institute of Community Education, Hong Kong Art School, Hong Kong Design Institute, YMCA College of Careers, Gratia Christian College and Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education. Hang Seng may ask for additional documents at the year of your graduation for card renewal.
    4. If you are applying for University / College Affinity Cards: Hang Seng and related University / institution reserve the right of final decision on course eligibility and your status in such university / institution.
    5. Credit card online application requires an iOS 13.2 or above version. (Applicable to iPhone users)

    1. This service is not available to customers who:
      • only hold joint-named integrated accounts
      • already hold a sole-named Prestige Banking account
