When you make transactions with a Hang Seng Credit Card at a participating 3D Secure online merchant, you will receive an OTP via an SMS to your mobile phone number already registered with us. So you can complete the transaction with greater peace of mind.

Please be reminded to turn on your mobile phone and activate your roaming service to ensure you can receive the OTP SMS to complete the online transaction when you travel to mainland China/ overseas.
